Terms of Service
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use KruxCRM. Accounts are
invite-only: we provision your team's workspace and its administrators invite everyone
else. Each person needs their own login — sharing credentials isn't allowed. The
workspace owner is responsible for activity in the workspace, including team members'
actions. Keep your password secure and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't use KruxCRM to send spam, market to purchased or scraped contact lists, invoice or
promote illegal goods or services, harass anyone, impersonate others, probe or disrupt our
systems, or break the law. Because KruxCRM sends email on your behalf, you additionally
agree to only email contacts who have a genuine relationship with your business, to comply
with applicable email laws (such as CAN-SPAM), and to never remove or circumvent the
unsubscribe mechanisms built into broadcasts. When a contact opts out, they stay opted out.
We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these rules — abusive sending harms
every other customer's deliverability, so we act quickly on it.
Payment and billing
KruxCRM is invite-only and pricing isn't published; your rate is agreed when we set up your
workspace and is billed as a recurring monthly subscription, which you authorize at signup.
Some workspaces are provided free at our discretion. Payments are processed by Stripe — we
never store full card numbers. We'll give you reasonable notice before any change to your rate.
Your content
You own everything you put into KruxCRM — contacts, conversations, notes, broadcasts, tasks,
all of it. We claim no ownership; you grant us permission only to host and process it in order
to operate the service. We will not sell your data, mine it for advertising, or use it to
train AI models. Your contacts' personal information belongs to your relationship with them:
you're responsible for having a lawful basis to store and email the people in your workspace.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate workspaces for
violations of these terms, non-payment, or security and legal reasons — with notice and an
opportunity to export your data whenever circumstances allow.
Changes to the service
KruxCRM evolves continuously; features may be added, changed, or removed. We'll communicate
significant changes that affect how you work. Minor updates ship without notice.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly
secure operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at
the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Struxrdev harmless from claims arising out of your use of
the service, your content, your email sending, or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Utah law, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in Utah
courts; you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and we'll notify you by email
or in the app for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account information: your name, email address, workspace name, and a hashed
password. Your content: the contacts, conversations, notes, broadcasts, and
tasks you create. Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and
timestamps — used to keep the service running and debug problems. There are no third-party
advertising cookies or trackers. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and
never touch our servers.
Why we collect it
To provide the service to you and your invited team; to send transactional email (receipts,
reminders, password resets, and the email you ask us to send to your contacts); to send
optional product updates you can unsubscribe from; to diagnose problems and improve
reliability; and to comply with the law.
Who we share it with
Only service vendors that need it to do their job, and only the data they need:
Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (networking and encrypted backups),
and our hosting provider (infrastructure). We do not sell data, share it with advertisers,
or use it to train AI models. We may disclose data when legally required — subpoena, court
order, or fraud prevention — and will attempt to notify you when we're allowed to.
Your contacts' data
The people in your workspace are your contacts, not ours. We process their information on
your instructions to operate your CRM, and we honor their unsubscribe choices permanently.
If a person asks us directly about data a workspace holds on them, we'll route the request
to the workspace owner where appropriate.
Cookies
First-party cookies only, used for signing you in, remembering preferences, and preventing
abuse. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Security
TLS encryption in transit, encrypted backups at rest, industry-standard password hashing,
and tightly restricted internal access to customer data.
Retention
Active workspaces keep their data as long as the account exists. After cancellation we
retain data for 30 days so you can reactivate, then delete it permanently; backups are
overwritten within 90 days after that. Billing and legal records are kept as tax and
legal requirements demand.
Your rights
You can access your data, export all of it (Settings → Exports, anytime), correct
inaccuracies, or request deletion by emailing us. We honor additional rights granted by
the laws of your jurisdiction, including the GDPR and CCPA, per local law.
Children
KruxCRM is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect minors' data.
Changes
Updates are announced by changing the date above; material changes are notified by email.

Cancellation Policy
How to cancel
A workspace admin can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at
the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. If you can't
get into your account, email [email protected] from
your registered address and we'll cancel and confirm for you.
What happens to your data
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation — sign back in during that window and
everything is exactly where you left it. After 30 days, the workspace and its data are
permanently deleted, and backups are overwritten within 90 days. Before the window closes,
we recommend running a full export from Settings → Exports (contacts, notes, tasks, and
conversation transcripts), or emailing us for a copy.
No strings
KruxCRM is month-to-month. No annual commitments, no cancellation fees, no retention
hoops. If it's not working for you, leave — and come back if and when it makes sense again.

Refund Policy
When we refund
We'll refund your most recent monthly payment if you ask within 14 days of the charge and
any of these apply: the charge was a mistake (you meant to cancel, re-subscribed
accidentally, or were double-charged); the service was substantially broken during the
billing period; or you're a new customer and decided within your first two weeks that
KruxCRM isn't a fit.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account address
with a sentence or two about what happened. We respond within two business days, and
approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What we don't refund
Billing periods more than 14 days past, and accounts terminated for violating our Terms of
Service. Anything unusual, email us anyway — we review edge cases individually and try to
be reasonable.
