What shipped in July 2026
Lead forms that land in your inbox, inline tag editing, and the infrastructure work behind the scenes.
New leads now show up where you're already working
When someone fills in a form on your website, it used to just add them to your contact list. You'd have to notice they were there, then go write them. Now that form submission shows up in your shared inbox as a conversation, the same way a regular email would. You can reply, assign it to someone on your team, or close it. Nothing to go looking for.
A few more things that come with this:
- Automatic replies. You can set each form to send a "thanks, we got it" email the moment someone submits. They hear back immediately without anyone on your team having to do anything.
- Notifications. Pick who on your team gets emailed when a new submission comes in.
- Junk filtering. We block spam submissions before they reach you, so your inbox stays clean.
- Change your forms any time. Rename them, change who gets notified, change what tags get applied to new contacts. The form on your website keeps working without any changes on your end.
One more thing: if you deleted a contact and they come back (through a form or a CSV import), we bring back the original record instead of creating a duplicate. All the history you had with them is still there.
Managing contacts is faster
- Add and remove tags right on the contact page. No need to open an edit screen. Type a tag name, hit Add, and it's there. Click the × to remove one.
- Delete contacts in bulk. Check the boxes, move them to trash. The toolbar only appears when you've selected someone, so it's not in your way the rest of the time.
- Send an email from a contact's page. Hit Send Email, write your message, and the conversation shows up in your shared inbox like any other thread.
Small improvements
When you write a broadcast, the merge fields (like {{first_name}})
now show you where the value comes from, so you can tell what your
recipients will actually see. We also cleaned up the website: a proper
error page when a link is broken, the logo looks right on phones now, and
these update posts have a home alongside our guides.
What's next
We're focused on saving you clicks. If there's something in KruxCRM that takes more steps than it should, let us know. Most of what's on this list started as exactly that kind of feedback.
